POWERGRID has been allotted 4 states including the state of Jharkhand for development of National Optic Fibre Network (NOFN) project and entrusted with establishing optical fibre connectivity to all Gram Panchayats.To execute the consultancy service in Jharkhand State, POWERGRID,the Central Transmission Utility,of the country invites applications for the following temporary experienced post on contract basis for a period of two years or till the completion of project, whichever is earlier.

1st Year-Rs. 23,000/
2ndYear--Rs. 25,500/
Essential Qualification: Diploma Engineering in Electronics and Communication Discipline from recognized technical Board/ Institute with minimum 55% marks

Minimum Field Experience Required:
One year Post Qualification Experience of construction, Testing and Commissioning, operation and maintenance activities of Optical Fibre network system (SDH/DWDM/G-PON/MPLS, etc.). Experience in PSU/Listed Company particularly in Telecomsector shall be preferred
