World’s slimmest smartphone Ascend P6 unveiled by Huawei

On June 18, 2013 Huawei unveiled the Android phone Huawei Ascend P6, the world’s slimmest smartphone measuring 6.18mm and its screen size (display) is 4.7 inches. This phone is available in three colors (black, white and pink).
This mobile is thinner than the Apple iPhone 5 and ‘one Idol Ultra’ of Alcatel. This mobile is a little heavier in weight than the Apple iPhone 5 and ‘one Idol Ultra’ of Alcatel. It weighs 120 grams including the battery.
The phone is equipped with 1.5 GHz quad core processor and 8 GB internal memory which can be expanded up to 32 GB. It runs on Android 4.2.2 operating system Jellybean. The 5 megapixel front camera, so you can take a good picture of yourself.
The phone has 2 GB of RAM. It has an 8 megapixel autofocus camera. For connectivity, features like the DLNA, Bluetooth and WiFi Direct are available. It has a battery of 2000 mAh. The company claims that the using the power saving technology of this mobile, phone’s battery capacity can be increased by 30 per cent.
Well, Samsung and Apple dominate the smartphone market. Yet Huawei phone sales this year is expected to double than last year.
