Consistency and environment of study

College definitely help in focusing our important point of concern.

Q. Which are the reference books you suggest to govt. job aspirants?

One basic book of each topic which you follow from your college and for electronics Objective question book from Galgotia or Rajput. Aptitude from R.S. Agarwal.

But important point is that always try to find different question arises in topics which are not mentioned in book. Always be curious to seek knowledge

Q-How was your interview?

My Interview was Average before SSC panel. Some answer were true with some wrong also but I never loose my confidence which was key factor for my selection.

Q. Have you remembered some questions which were being asked in the interview??Please share those questions.

Question asked regarding my job, my achievement from school, topic and content of Debate in which I participated. Basic questions from antenna, frequency range and band, satellite, etc.

Q-Can someone get into Government Job without attending a coaching?

Yes why not even I do so…. But you have to make environment with your friends for preparation that will help you a lot.

Q- What are the problems for preparing for the Government Jobs?

Not such.

Q-What will be your advice for aspirants?

Aspirant should follow the quote :- Slow and Steady wins the race.

Manages time and always focus on target.

Clear all basic doubts by referring different text book and objective questions arises.

Balanced attention to Aptitude, English , Specialization section.

Positive attitude and never demoralized yourself to competition.

All books were of my diploma level.I tried with ELECTRONIC DEVICES AND CIRCUITS (J.B.GUPTA) and NETWORK THEORY of degree level .This book bring my intelligence to college level because it had reached to zero in company (pvt.job)

Ans. My all interview of this year were very good. My first interview was with BHEL as SUPERVISOR TRAINEE in 2011. Then with CMET:Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology,(PUNE) as Technical assistant.In DMRC interview was very good. Many question were asked from digital electronics.

Q.Why did you choose DMRC as you were selected by many companies?

I opted out  DMRC because it is near to my home and have a very good reputation. 

 

Q. Have you remembered some questions which were being asked in the interview??Please share those questions.

Ans. Most of interview panels follow this method in questions
Your name ,Family Background,Subject of interest.Then question start in the particular subject and correlate all questions like a chain ,Many question from your engineering background and one or two questions from you livelihood.

Q-Can someone get into Government Job without attending a coaching?

Yes he can.

Q- What are the problems for preparing for the Government Jobs?

Ans. No problem

Q-What will be your advice for aspirants?
Ans. You must be guarded against pride that infects scholar who has mastered a certain number of ancient texts. Do not judge others as inferior because they do not participate in your type of study. You can be very wrong, if you estimate a person’s spiritual development, by mere externals. Inner purity cannot express itself through pompous show. Delve into the significance and the meaning of what you read and always have before you the good of putting what you read into practice. Unless you do so, the study will remain half forever, it cannot be a full .
Simply work hard , pay attention to simple question also which we pass through, dedicated yourself ,aim at your goal

For the post of Station Controller/Train Operator (post code-01), the selection methodology will comprise four-stage process –

• Written Test (two papers)
• Psycho Test 
• Personal Interview
• Medical examination in Aye-one category.

For the post of Jr.Engineers (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil) ,(post codes 03,04,05 & 06) the selection methodology will comprise three-stage process

• Written Test (two papers)
• Personal Interview
• Medical examinations in Aye-one category not below Aye-three

Exam Pattern
Written Test: For post codes 01, 02, 03,04,05 & 06,the written test will consist of two papers Paper I & Paper-II(to be held on the same day in the same centre).

Paper-I(Objective)
Total Questions: 120
Time: 1.5 hours
Syllabus:
It will consist of multiple-choice objective type questions, bilingual (Hindi/English),on

• General Awareness
• Logical Ability
• Quantitative Aptitude
• knowledge of the discipline/trade.

There will be negative marking. For every wrong answer 1/3 marks will be deducted.The Paper-I shall be of 1.5 hours duration.

It will consist of objective type questions on General English to judge the knowledge of English language. There will be negative marking. For every wrong answer 1/3 marks will be deducted.

Candidates who qualify in Paper-I and rank high on the merit list within the zone of consideration, as decided by the DMRC, will only be evaluated for Paper-II.

Successful candidates based on the Written Test (Both Paper-I & Paper-II put together) shall be called for Personal Interview/Psycho, at Delhi.
